1. About this document and product
This document explains what data Unica uses while working with a project, installing, updating, and accessing separate network functions.
Ingvar Consulting, LLC provides Unica and accepts product questions at i@ingvar.pro. This document applies only to the Unica product.
2. Working with the user project
At the user’s command, Unica may read and change workspace files, BSL source code, XML exports, project settings, build results, and information about a configured 1C infobase.
Primary actions run on the device or in the environment selected by the user. Unica does not automatically transfer project contents to the provider.
3. Logs and temporary data
Tools started by Unica may create logs, temporary files, validation results, and information about performed actions.
These materials may contain file paths, object names, error text, and launch parameters. They remain in the user environment until deleted by the user or by the tool that created them.
4. Installation and updates
During installation and updates, Unica accesses GitHub to obtain the distribution inventory, program archives, and information used for integrity verification.
Obtaining the distribution does not transfer project contents to GitHub. Messages or materials that the user independently publishes on GitHub are governed by GitHub documents.
5. The separate external product ai.v8std.ru
For standards search and explanation, Unica uses the separate external product ai.v8std.ru. Access occurs when the user selects the corresponding function.
Unica does not automatically transfer a name, email address, account data, or the complete project. Such information may reach the external service if the user includes it in a query or BSL fragment. Depending on the function, it transfers a search query, diagnostic codes, page address, or a BSL fragment explicitly selected by the user.
The service also receives technical connection information during network access. The user determines the request contents. Do not include personal data, secrets, or access keys in queries or code fragments.
6. User control and requests
The user selects the workspace, available infobases, Codex permissions, and invoked functions. The ai.v8std.ru functions are not used until the user invokes the corresponding operation.
Questions about Unica actions and data controlled by Ingvar Consulting, LLC may be sent to i@ingvar.pro.
7. Changes and language
A new version of this document applies from its stated date. Material changes to network access must be reflected in a new document version.
